Where can I get a cheap wireless hub so that I can add my printer to my wireless network? I haven't really looked around at all yet so any suggestions are appreciated.

What printer do you use? Is it a usb printer? There are lots of wireless printservers out there that will enable the computers on that wireless network to connect to a usb printer. Linksys & Airport Express are the popular ones.
A few good ones from Linksys

I have a NetGear router, cable internet, and my printer is a HP Photo Printer that is USB. I think that I need to buy something to make it compatible if I was told correctly?

If you have HP, just get the HP JetDirect. ( best print servers for HP ) I use HP JetDirect J4106 myself. Works like a charm. If you are a registered user with HP, you can also use their JetAdmin software. There are other softwares too..
