At $600, is anyone going to buy the PS3. It is big and bulky and the reviews are not that good.

I myself am looking at the XBOX 360

The critics seem to agree with me, it is getting trashed because of its high unjustified price by video game experts around the globe

I have to agree.
I have the 360 and say, go buy it.
Its better than the Wii and blows away the PS3 on quality and price

Yes I personally hate this crappy piece of tech, and unjustified is just the word to define it, what sort of psychotic maniac develops a console that marks a disc making it impossible to trade games, 360 for me!

I am also looking forward to the Wii, the price is much better if you ask me and they say that it will be able to compete. I just can not spend that kind of money on something that is for pleasure only.

I never understood all this buzz about next generation consoles! $600 for a gaming console! Oh please!! What's a console can do that my PC can't? I guess these consoles are just to show off made for those rich spoiled kids Razz It's a waste of money IMO.

With computers, You have to spend lot of money upgrading them! Every year you will be adding more and more. You will need more RAM, better VGA cards. So in the long run, consoles are more economical than computers. Just my 2 cents.

PS3 is $600 bucks. Wow, I thought that X Box 360 was outrageous. This is on my sons Christmas list and I don’t think he will be getting one of those. Have the games for it also tripled in price?

New generation gaming consoles are pretty expensive. $600 bucks is a lot of money. If your really into gaming and have a computer, upgrading your PC to play games is much cheaper and worth it. PC games are just as good.

Yeah well, everyone purchased the 360 at that outrageous price, so of course sony is like, well they paid that much why not $600, im sorry, i love my xbox and ps2, but im waiting, i cant just dish out that much cash
