Does anyone use Orbits or any of the other online discount sites? I saw that most of them are charging a $5.00 booking fee. Is the fee worth it? I mean are you really saving all that much?

I think the fee is worth it. Most places have a booking fee.

I buy my tickets from orbits. They usually send you the ticket the next day. I find that orbits is cheaper then priceline and other online ticket sites. $5 is not much to spend for processing fee when you can get the ticket for hundreds cheaper.
